I just pushed "update" after finally deleting all the files and uploading new files, and got this message. Please help.

ERROR copying item into cluster (error). Please wait for an administrator to resolve or you may try a different identifier name and try again...

You will need to wait for a system admin to check it out. The task is there, pending, so hopefully when the admin takes care of it, the files will be there and you will not need to re-upload.

Sorry to say, but I would have removed this one and re-uploaded as a new one. Upload counts are just numbers. Plus, it might get some fresh looks being a new upload.

What about the review? I would have lost that too.

Nothing could be done to keep it. But, for me, it is a trade off and one I would readily accept. I don't have an attachment to the reviews of my recordings. I like that people enjoyed the recording enough to post a review, but not a big deal to me personally. YMMV
